Fitness24Seven is a gym chain with almost 300 gyms across Nordics, Thailand and Colombia. Member of the Management team. Responsible for the digital development and IT infrastructure.

✅ Digital Transformation: Successful implementation of a mobile entrance system and an enhanced app featuring QR codes and online onboarding.
✅ ERP Implementation: Launch of a new Gym System in Thailand (Colombia live one week after my assignment ended).
✅ Customer Experience: Development of a new customer service platform and chatbot to improve member engagement.
✅ Data Management: Establishment of a new data platform using Azure data lake and Power BI, paving the way for data-driven decision-making.
